Rental Fees

Price is between £1800 and £2800 per week.

The high season is July and August.

The mid season is June, September, Easter and Christmas.

The low season is May and October.

The house is sometimes available during winter months.

Rates can vary within seasons so please phone for the price for your dates.

A 25% deposit is payable with the balance of rent against breakages, telephone, electricity and other charges. Full details of financial and other conditions will be found in the Booking / Holiday Letting Agreement which all tenants are required to sign.

Telephone calls, electricity, and oil for house heating are additional to the rent. Water and gas are included.

Daily maid service is provided but additional cleaning can be arranged with the housekeeper. Gardening and swimming pool maintenance are carried out on a regular basis. Babysitting or cooking is also available by special arrangement.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Beds are provided with mattress covers, pillows, blankets, some light duvets and bed covers. Guests are requested to bring and use their own swimming towels around the pool and outside.
